Self-care has been such a huge part of my life and throughout the last few years, I have experimented with A TON of self-care related practices and products to figure out what works best for me. I’ll admit that I am huge product junkie! I love going to TJ Maxx and finding new bath oils, body lotions, foot soaks, face masks, etc. That place is like an adult candy store.

Everyone deserves a self-care routine that works perfectly for them, that rejuvenates them, and makes them feel all warm and fuzzy. No matter how much time you have or how much money you can spare on ‘spa’ items, you deserve a little pampering always.
